Direction of use

Measure required quantity of lukewarm water or milk.

With milk: whole cow’s milk 150 ml – 2 scoops of powder- 2-3 servings per day.
With lukewarm water: 190 ml water- 5 scoops of powder – 2-3 servings per day.

Safety information

If not consumed immediately please cover, refrigerate and drink within 24 hours.
Mixing with water greater than 35⁰C may compromise the benefits of the probiotic.
Once foil pouch has been opened contents should be used within 3 weeks.
Do not empty the content into the container and continue to use from foil pouch placed in a container.
Avoid powder exposure to air or environment. Seal tightly.
