How do I make an appointment with the Clay County Tax Collector? ›

Call (904) 269-6320 and select Option 3 to schedule an appointment or schedule your appointment online. Note: when scheduling your appointment, you will be required to provide your name and telephone number and indicate whether the appointment is for a new or renewal license.

To pay online by credit or e-check, you will need to know your property_id(s) number(s), the tax amount you are to pay and have your credit card available. Please contact Clay County Appraisal District for this information before proceeding. There will a convenience fee charge for this service.
